Turkey day

Here is a pic of the turkey we raised this year. Forgot to take pic before wrapping and putting in fridge. I put beer can next to it for prospective.
Live weight was 49lbs. Dressed weight is 41lbs. This is the biggest one to date.

mine didn't make it to thanksgiving, I got hungry. He was only 14lbs. Yours is a big bird! Hope you got a big oven, ha ha!

Holy smokes, that is a big bird. Are you sure that was not an ostrich? We had early turkey, too. Got all primed up for next week.
