I could be wrong in what I'm remembering reading somewhere, but I thought there were some studies where CWD infected meat was fed to monkeys or apes and it did pass across?

I guess I wouldn't knowingly eat it or serve it to my family, if I knew it tested positive. That being said, and this horse has already been whipped in this thread: I and many of you may have already ate it...
