I agree states should be able to manage as they see fit. the buffoons in cities(DC) where there are no bears have no idea the problems they cause to locals and certainly have no common sense solutions to offer.


da bears WILL be delisted but not before millions of dollars are thrown away in the courts.

They should be managed by state game departments not the Feds.
