If you were lucky enough to draw Wyoming's supertag deer hunt what unit would you choose and why? Personally I would probably go to area 87 as I have hunted it in the past and had good success. There might be better areas but it is the best hunt I have ever been on in Wyoming.

There is zero wilderness in G...hunt sooner than later. After this winter in 3 years or so we will be missing an entire age class of middle aged deer. . any more bad winters in coming years could change things for a LONG time

Thanks mntnguide...I need to decide fast. Like in the next year or 2. I hear ya on the winter kill....either soon or much later and I really don't want to wait and burn 10+ points on a hunt I can get for 4-5 points.
I'd like to try 87, 101, or 102 if I ever built up the points. Not likely I'll ever wait that long to hunt though, I like hunting muleys to much to sit out for that many years. I really like hunting muleys in that type of country. Hunting them with more older age class bucks and less pressure would be really cool to me. A horseback hunt in G would be pretty cool too. I think I just love hunting muleys wherever they live. Something about them popping out of nowhere in the open country lures me in though. My biggest muley just popped out of a ravine, giant rack leading, in a remote area with no great terrain. He was where nobody bothered him. It was a memorable stalk too, trying to cover really open ground to get within range. Everything kinda worked and went our way and it was successful.
