It's at the base of the Rattlesnake Mountains. East side. Near Garfield Peak 8244 ft.
Limited quota deer area 89 (one of best in state).
Limited quota antelope area 72.
Limited quota elk area 23.
I have the Deed.
It has access road to parcel.
It's parcel #85 NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Sec. 27 Township 33N Range 87W in what's called Aspen Highlands .
The N/W corner borders BLM. Near State land and BLM .Power is close by. it sets at about 6700 ft. elevation.
Taxes only $180.00 a year.

N/E corner 42 degrees 48' 08.73" N 107 degrees 14' 27.61" W elv. 6655'
S/W corner 42 degrees 47' 55.61" N 107 degrees 14' 44.97" W elv. 6770'
S/E corner 42 degrees 47' 55.78" N 107 degrees 14' 27.70" W elv. 6723'
Properties selling or sold there have been for 40K
I'll sell for much less.

Too bad its not next to the BLM in sections 28 or in 34.

yeah but there is BLM and State land all around it. The N/W corner of property butts up to BLM.
