Just got back from a quick road trip to Salt Lake City, Rawlings Cheyenne and Denver. My son relocated his trucking business from Denver to SLC and I helped him move some stuff.
I have never seen it so dry in southern Wyoming and from Denver to Alamosa/Wolf Creek Pass. Almost no snow along I-80 in Wyoming. No snow in southern Colorado also. Very cold, but moisture is sure lacking. The mountains west of I-25 from Denver to Pueblo and dry too. The only way they are skiing at Wolf Creek is man made snow. If we don't get some snow, 2018 could be a really dry year.
