Returning Licenses?

Anyone familiar with the process in Nevada for returning licenses? I know we will get our points back and forfit the tag fee, just curious on what we need to do for it. Since I drew both NV and MT elk permits, my dad and I won't be able to use our unit 65 deer archery tags with all the elk hunting!
