It is tough. I'm not as young as I once was, but still challenge and push myself something stupid. Already looking at competing in P.L. 2-3 times next year and doing at least a half marathon. I just train smarter than I used too, but still as hard.
I'm going to need this body for a few more years. :)

Been to busy deer hunting on the weekends and working late during the week!! Back at it hard in January!!

Great advice, although it's pretty hard to do with all the great food all over the place during the holidays. I'm at least riding the stationary
bike a few times a week.

No time like the present. I've always worked out to be ready for the solo backpack hunting I do, but I started crossfit this month and all I can say is wow. It's definitely upped my fitness in just the three weeks I've been dining it, and I was in what I I consider really good shape to begin with. Can't wait for next year!!
