Been a while since I posted on here, haven't done much hunting lately, between a blown LCL-MCL, Grad School and a family to take care of, it hasn't allowed me much time. Me and my buddy have decided we are gonna buy some leftovers for Region F and go see if we can put a couple bucks down, my main concern is the grizz, I've heard their populations in that area have exploded, especially in the Shoshone drainage. I'm thinking were gonna hit 105-106(Clark's Fork-Sunlight Basin) mid Oct well after the opening weekend buzz and then maybe 111(Elk Fork to Green Creek) the last 3-5 days of the season. I'm not to worried about them bothering our camp, I'm just wondering if anyone has some info on them in these areas, numbers etc... Got several cans of bear spray to bring :) Also does anyone have a link to the bear proof container requirements from the USFS.

Thanks for the help guys and god bless!

I was camping just outside of Cody two years ago in Sept and had one come down into the BLM land I was camping on. They are not just in the mountains.

Never hunted F, mainly because of the grizzly situation. Good luck
