question on land designation

A quick question on land use/ownership, I was going through Onxmaps and came across a couple of chunks of land that say WY government lands and show the owner as USA in trust. I tried searching but can't find a reference to the designation anywhere. other than a BLM land use list it as "other government" Can anyone enlighten me on if this is open to the public to hunt or even what kind of land it is?

I’m guessing it’s missile sites for the military. If that’s the case it’s not public ground.

We have quite a few sites around here and it’s a big no no to step foot on that unless you like to see humvees and choppers
