Just to make sure I am reading correctly it is legal to shoot a coyote in WY without any special license?

I don't believe you need a license to shoot coyotes in Wyoming. I just looked at the regs and find nothing about that.

I have always thought that was the case, just checked to make sure. Years ago when I first started hunting Wyoming (1980), I seem to remember that it was covered in the regs we got with our tags. Couldn't find anything in last years information booklet so i checked the website.

I always take a call with me and have shot 8 or 10.
