Chapter 52 I think is the prairie dog deal. It's a non game species so no license. Coyotes considered predatory also no license or permit. In this area some of the grasslands are closed to prairie dog shooting for some reason but there are a crapload this year it seems like. Might be a good winter for coyote litters with all the prairie dogs and rabbits around too

Cool! Well not sure of you all's time frame, but the second week of July or close to that, most communities have their annual celebration (rendezvous, Days of 49, etc.). There are some historical aspects and its a pretty fun time. I usually boogie out of town for that week, but if you are here its fun.

Side question, (my favorite) is it legal or safe to feed dogs cooked rabbits? With the tullerimia or whatever around I wasn't sure safe. Thanks,

I believe you can hunt both without a license but you do need to buy a conservation stamp around $10 can pick them up at most gas stations or Walmart or sporting good shows.
