Planning for next year wy deer hunt unit 80/83

Hi all well my Colorado deer hunt is over for this year since I can only draw a tag every couple of years. I'm starting to plan a WY deer hunt I have two points and was looking into unit 80/83. My question is. Is there decent public access what's the deer like around that area I'm not looking for a monster just a fun hunt. I really not a fan of crowds so I'm looking for an area I can get away from roads trails. I'm definitely not looking for somebody's honey hole. Any input would be appreciated or any other units I might look into thanks
