I received my phoneskope iPhone 5 adapter today and had a little time to play with it, I really like it and wanted to share this product with you guys. I intend to do a review of this product in a few weeks once I put some miles in the field with it. I think my digiscoping problems are solved but time will tell. Here are a few photos.

Looks like it takes great pics. I do the hand held phone to scope trick once in a great while but don't come close to pics like that. I wish there was a universal phone adapter as I have an android phone. Is that plastic, aluminum, or steel?

Yes you would, or you can put their universal adapter onto your otterbox which I wouldn't suggest for everyday use. In the next few weeks I plan on doing a detailed review and good photos to help explain their setup.

I've been looking at this. I was a bit confused with all the different rings, adapters, and such things that it seemed I would need. I look forward to your review DR. Include what you purchased for your IPhone 4

I will let you check it out when we go scouting ikic, how's that? This is an iPhone 5, he sells iPhone 4 cases that have the premolded ring built in, slik setup, this one is simply their ring glued on an inexpensive iPhone 5 case.

I have an Android phone too, and it is sometimes tough to find accessories for them. This looks like good item to have. I hope the adapter will fit.

These iPhone adaptors work pretty well. I have one similar to the one Drhorsepower has. I have a Kowa that fits my iPhone 4S. What came with mine were two adaptors that fit both my Vortex Razor HD 85mm spotter and my Razor 10x42 binos. My wife is getting a iPhone 5 that I'm hearing has even better low light sensors. I'll need to get another adaptor for the iPhone 5 though. I did a test back on October 10 just after the sun went down on the 4S. While I did not film out past 250 yards it did pretty good in the low light right after sunset. The iPhone and scope together seemed to bring out the light on the images and auto fine tuned focused well. I'm looking forward to see some more updates on folks scouting or reviews on them. Happy trails everyone.

Nice video Kev. Looks like I need to get an Iphone.
Thanks sjsmallfield. It seemed to work well from my playing around with it so far. Even though I work at Apple Inc, I'm not in the tech developing part of the company so I seem to learn more at times from reading what folks are doing with our products :). With free self timer apps, tripod adaptors and now with the scope adaptors for smart phones it is bringing some more possible options or solutions for folks out there in getting some multiple uses from their phone.
