I don't know if any of you can help me out but I'm looking for a pack that will somewhat fit me right. I'm 5'5 & 110lbs. I've always used eberlestock but I wanted opinions on other packs. I've heard great things about kifaru & mystery ranch I just don't know how they will fit. I also need something big enough if I get drawn for certain hunts where I'll pack in a couple days. I'll take any advice i can get. Thanks in advance!

I have the badlands Kali pack that is designed for women. I absolutely hate it! I am 5' 7" and have broad shoulders and I found the backpack is way too small for my frame. I struggled to get the pack comfortably sit on my hips with a little weight in the pack. I think for someone your size it would be wonderful but I ended up buying a mens day pack and it fits me much better.

My wife used a Gregory deva 60 for a few years. It was a pretty good pack but she has some back issues and we switched to a kifaru bikini frame with a timberline 3 bag. I can't say enough good about how this pack has made our trips more comfortable and enjoyably for her. It is large enough to do a week if I am with her because I normally carry shelter and most gear that we share. For solo it's good for about 4-5 days.

My daughter has an arc'teryx altar 62 and so far it seems like a great pack as well. Only time will tell though.

My wife uses the Kali and really likes it. Shes long in the legs but short in the body, shes 5'7" and about 120lbs. She has a hunting buddy that is 5'3" and she has a Kali too. We have fitted a lot of folks to it and it can carry a fair amount of weight. Not an elk quarter type of weight, but a heavy day/light overnight type of weight.

My wife is 5'3", 110# and uses a Gregory Diva S frame pack. the only reason she was ever wiling to let me upgrade her pack is that the newer versions (about 2013 or newer) have quick clips and a nice large side pocket that allow you to easily put the but of a rifle and cross tie with the quick clip compression straps. So, she went from one Diva to a newer model. She tried a Dana and Arcteryx before the Gregory and she swears by the hip belt and load balance of the Diva. Is is pretty hunt friendly, more so than a lot of recrational backpacker designed packs. We cross tie her bow on the face of the pack and i plan on getting her a cam pocket and rigging it on their this year.

I just got my wife a KUIU 3200 Icon Pro. Have not had it out for a major hike yet. We have put about 30 lbs in it and done some hiking around our back forty and it seems to fit her real well. She is 5'4'' and is a size 2 or so. The pack should be great for about a 3 day hike but could definitely be extended especially since I can carry a lot more when I am along with my 7200. Also comes with a load shelf that adds another 2000 ci for packing meat without using up any of your space inside the bag.
