Does anyone one hear want to go kill some Gobblers Sat or Sunday? I am in Powell. I would prefer to take someone that has never killed a bird or a kid. However I am honestly just wanting to take someone. I kill a lot of turkeys and have guided for about 15 years. I am very confident we can kill some birds. I just want to see some heads get smashed.

Do you hunt in turkey unit 3? Going to take my son up there at the end of the month on a leftover type 3 tag and try some of the state land out that the warden says hold some turkeys.

I hope someone takes you up on your offer, it's a heck of an offer!

I am wanting to hunt 4 but I would considering going as far eastern Wyoming southern Montana and Blackhills South Dakota. I Want to call up some Merriams and if who ever I go with kills I want to kill one AFTER they do. I lack 6 Merriam's for 1 royal slam, and 5 Grand Slams

If the offer's on the table again next year I would take you up on the offer. I have killed less than 6 in my life time and have been wanting a merriam bad. I love to hear them gobble. We just don't have very many where I can hunt in IN and state land is by random draw only. My son (9 years old) drew 2 days on state land this year and will be his first year turkey hunting. I haven't drawn in the 15 years I have applied lol

I've been thinking about heading to the Black hills for a Fri, Sat, Sun in the next week or two. Looking to get my first Merriam but I've killed probably 8 Easterns in Southern Illinois. Pm me if you'd be interested in chasing some in the next couple weekend.

It is a general area where I am. There are a few tags left over for area 30. This would allow you to kill 3 birds. 2 in 3 and 1 general. In the basin it is General

Sounds like so much fun. My wife really wants to shoot a turkey, but I have no clue how to even start and we are way too busy this spring to get away.

Pretty cool for you to offer this.

Well I took him up on it and had a blast. Had a turkey in the truck by ten on Saturday. My first time ever. I am going to have to write down in a notebook all the stuff I learned. Super nice guy, super hospitable. I had no idea there were so many turkeys over there. He seemed to find them all day. Really fun
