We had a great day of hunting. I have been in the hill for 3 months scouting for my wife's deer tag. All that work came down to a 180" main frame buck with 3 cheaters. We got into position after bedding him. He slept with his chin on the ground for an unheard of 7 hours! We sat on him for 5 till the sun was in her scope and she was shivering. I did not plan on the temps getting as cold as they did so I was unprepared. We decided to try and make something happen so we got within 75 yards fo the bedded buck. He blew out without stopping long enough for a shot. Needless to say he lives to sleep another day away.
