My nephew Colby's 8 point. He killed him on my place this evening. He also killed a doe this morning. In Oklahoma we have a 3 day youth rifle season. It started yesterday, but he didn't go out it rained all day.

What part of OK is your property in? I'm counting the days till the OK rifle opener and will be making the trek down from UT. We have a small parcel up by Salt Plains in NW OK.

We live in South Central. Sasakwa is about 80 miles Southeast of OKC. It is fun watching the kids, my oldest son Pake is 7. He really likes to go, my youngest son is only 4 so he is not ready yet. I got two girls that are 12 & 9. They are not interested, they are into rodeo & horse shows. All four are into sports, so it is a busy life! Salt Plains is a good area. I had some friends go to college up at Alva. They saw lots of big deer in that area.

Thanks, They are getting better for sure. The younger generation has better deer to hunt than we did.
