I have been blessed with a quality problem...too many tags. I changed my nvr elk application to bonus pt only after drawing a primo elk hunt in Oct. Could not change my deer app for sow reason. And of course I drew. I only have 1 point and I know I can turn the tag in and get points back. My question...is that crazy? Is this too good a tag and too fortunate a draw to pass? Thanks for any feedback.

Dude I'd be happy that I drew some tags!! 1 point is not that much to loose, the waiting period might make me rethink it if I don't have much time to dedicate to this tag. I need to start putting in for something besides the rifle hunts.

Looking at the last 3 years draw stats I would say you were pretty lucky to draw it with 1 point and you should have a good chance at drawing it with 3-5 points. There is no waiting period for deer in NV so if you keep it you should draw it again in a few years!
As you can tell I don't know much about Nevada!! I was under the assumption that they had a waiting period for Deer!!

If you don't have the time turn it in and let an alternate get it. If I don't have the time for my antelope tag I drew this year I might turn it in and get another point.
