Hello Sr members as well as other newbies like myself. I guess formal intros are appreciated, so here we go. I am a 41 year old family man from central texas. I love the outdoors and myself and a few friends have been coming up around the Pagosa Springs area off and on for the past 5 years. My son graduated last year and is attending Texas A&M at College Station and my daughter will graduate high school this year. My small group and myself are going to try and make this an every year trip now that my kids are moving on....Anyway, I am just looking to see if there is anyone out and about around Pagosa Springs area to see what the mule deer and elk are doing and what the season is looking like. Am not asking for your secret spot or anything like that (but I would accept it if you wanted to tell lol)..Just looking to see whats happening up there. We have tags for a little bit of everything and will be hunting the 2nd season along with Im sure, many many others. We head out on the 18th to do a little scouting and to check out some areas we have never been to. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Hope everyone has a safe and successful season.
