Hi, my wife and I were lucky enough to draw archery goat tags in area 18 36-38. Now we have hunted a lot in Wyoming as we used to live there but figured since we moved we would apply for other states. What is everyone's thoughts on that area? Does anyone have any experience in the unit? I am planning on talking to biologists and wardens there soon. I also have access to great maps I will study. How hard are good waterholes to find? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ryan.

Thanks I hope we can find an 80 incher!! Really hoping we can find some good water wholes to set up on. I have marked a whole bunch of potential water wholes in western 2/3 of unit 18 haven't gotten the time to look at other areas yet. Have any advice on if east units or the west unit is better to focus on? With 4 areas would be nice to narrow that down. Thanks again!
Well after talking to a bunch of different individuals about the areas. I am having trouble deciding on which areas to focus on while down there between 18, 37, or 38. It seems most talk about 37 and 38. Any advice on which of the areas to focus on more heavily? Trying to narrow down which area so we know were to stay while we are down there. Thanks again
