Hello all my name is Kurt live in Mobridge SD right on lake oahe pretty much like doing every thing there is to do out side. Really love chasing the muleys over west of the river here and finally decided i am not getting any younger and the mountains any smaller its time to head out west. Planning my first elk hunt in idaho this fall will be all diy hunt with another friend who has never hunted out there either. Looks like alot of good info on here and look forward to learning alot.

Yep I know Brady. Hearing about his trips is really what got me wanting to head out west.

Finally got good ice up here the first week of Jan bite has been spotty but picking up from what I have been hearing
