New from Northern California

I have hunted and fished my entire life here in California, and have just started branching out to other states in the last 3 or 4 years. I hunt with a rifle and a bow. My daughter and I have made a couple of trips to Nevada for archery deer.

I am also a big public land duck hunter. Our quality big game opportunities may be limited in California, but we rock for duck hunting. If anyone needs advice for duck hunting in California, let me know.

Welcome to the forum, I live in Modoc county and the waterfowling up here is freaking unbelievable.

welcome aboard. Lived in Sacramento for a bit, loved the waterfowl in the Sacramento Valley and pigs down by Hollister, but deer was crazy tough on public land!
