new Federal muzzleloader bullet

I'm pretty sure this is a new bullet as I have not seen it anywhere until I came across it last night. Anyone seen this new Federal Premium bullet? Would this be legal in Colorado?

I would think it would be legal, its kinda the same idea as a powerbelt.

I agree with Musket Man. It is not a sabot, so it should be okay. However, I just got an announcement from Federal's reps. about this product yesterday, so I am not sure how available it will be for this season. Good luck.
