Has Nate Strong appeared before a Judge and Jury yet, or did his lawyer delay his trial? Curious.

There was another thread on this recently on the newest developments..i cant remember which section...His lawyer got his trial delayed until after hunting season. and now he gets to hunt this fall and even drew the same "whitetail only" tag he killed his fully illegal mule deer buck on. .
