mule deer help?!

I'm planning a trip for this year for antelope and mule deer. We are doing a ranch hunt for antelope so that is taken care of, but I am having a fit trying to figure out where to apply for and where to hunt if we draw. From what I can understand, it looks like region E and M have 100% draw odds and a good bit of BLM land. Can anyone shine some light on this for me. I'm honestly just looking for an opportunity more than a trophy. I would be more than happy to hunt for 4-5 and come home with a forkie.
