If you draw a LE Special Permit do you forfeit ability to hunt the General Tag units then?

Not on elk.

No you can hunt general areas along with the LE area if you draw. The deer districts your only limited to hunting that LE area.

As long as the other area is a general tag area and not a LE itself you are good to go.
