I'm new to the MT game and need some help understanding how it works. If you are not drawn for a limited quota tag can you return your combo tag, or are you stuck with a hunt you may not want? If you can return it do they refund all your money?
What about cow tags. Here's what I'd like to do. I want to put in for a good limited hunt every year, and in years where I don't draw I'd at least like to have the option to hunt on a cow tag. Ideally, it would be for the limited area so I could learn it. I don't mind cow tags because they put me hunting elk at a much lower cost.
