MT Antelope Unit with the Worst NR Odds...?

I’d like to try to gain a bonus point for Montana antelope this year without drawing a tag. Am I better off applying for a unit with less than 10 total tags (like 291-20) that do not issue a NR tag or should I apply for a unit with 10 or more tags that does issue a NR tag but has very low odds like 215-20? Under my first scenario, would they even issue me another bonus point if I applied for a unit that does not even issue a NR tag or would I just not draw and not earn another bonus point?

Either way, any suggestions for the best way to beat the odds and NOT draw a tag this year and gain another bonus point?

I currently have 3 points. Thank you.

In sure if you apply and do not draw you will gain a point, regardless what unit you put in for. Unless it is noted in fine print I have never heard of not issuing a point because you applied for a unit that historically doesnt give NR tags.

I applied for 215, doubt I will draw but if I do then I will not complain!

If you apply online I don't think you can apply for units that don't have a NR tag. I'm not sure if you'll gain a point if you apply by mail if you do that. Best bet is 215-20 but there's a risk of drawing.
