MRS section of EHJ

Trying to remember.... I had subscribed for a couple years, but that was a while back. Just subscribed again.
My question is which issue is it that has the big MRS section for planning the next years hunts? We will be putting in for points in a few States for the first time and also hoping to get out and pick up some over the counter tags for antelope. Also will be putting in for an elk hunt here in Oregon where we actually have some points. Just trying to figure out the timing of it all........
