Montana Antelope permit for 700's South of Yellowstone

Drew a Montana permit for the 700's South of Yellowstone. Kind of a nightmare on opening week, so when does it settle down? Last 2 weeks? Should a guy look at booking private? Any help would sure be appreciated.

Never hunted antelope in the nw part of Wyoming, always central and sw. In my experience, usually after opening weekend.
