Meat Processors in the Monte Vista Area

We are planning a Elk hunt for the second rifle season in October and I was wondering if anyone knew of a game processor in the Monte Vista area. We are from Arkansas and the meat has to be completely boned out to bring back because of cwd. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
