I've always had good luck with USGS maps. The last ones I got were inexpensive and a great tool! It takes a while to get them from the government but was worth the wait.

I would check out mytopo.com the have most of the hunting unit maps for the wester states. All the maps have the public and private on them. We used one for unit 90-2 for antelope. It made it really nice to have a map that just covered the unit we were in. Send me a pm if you have any more questions. Good Luck.
