I was fortunate to sell my house in California and made the move to Ranchester Wyoming, Gods country. Plus I have a Type 1 tag in Elk Unit 45, can’t get any better. Got to say moving from 1 state to another that far away was quite adventure and major hassle

Did the same thing 25 years ago. We moved from southern California to sw Colorado. After 20 years of looking we had eliminated everything but 2.... Lander, Wyoming and Dolores, Colorado. My wife didn''t really like Lander as well as Dolores....too windy and too cold in the winter. I really liked Lander better, but anything to get away from Calif. We were both born there and all our family & friends were there, but glad we are gone.
