I've been looking on the website but can't find draw odds or anything to tell me much, the question is. For this area around Craig and North of meeker is it a tough draw for mule deer? Non resident? Thanks for any help!!!

It shows lower, doesn't make much sense though, I'm might be looking at elk units. Are they the same? 211, 301 ,3, and 11.
I have hunted in unit 12 between Craig and Meeker for several years. Usually for Unit 12 second season mule deer you need one point, some do draw with zero. 11,211 are across they highway to the west of where I hunt and 3,301 are to the north closer to Craig.
Did you have any luck? I know someone who hunts elk there and see's some nice bucks about the middle of November though.

We get into some good bucks here and there. Usually buy a cow tag to elk hunt every year but I'm sure he's seeing the better bucks due to the later dates and those tags probably take some more points due the later date. Good elk herd but lots of people too. We always see elk/deer but the years it snows during the second season definitely helps out.
