Low elevation hunt Zone D-14

Anybody hunt D-14 Holcomb Valley road? Planning on going opening day, I was under the impression that this would be to low of an elevation with the temps being in the mid 70's. I've also heard that there will be just as many hunters as deer. My cousin was told this would be a good spot, I'm not convinced. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was in there last year and saw around 10 deer all does though . Plenty of deer sign in there.
