Lever action 35 cal?

My uncle has a 35 caliber, lever action heasked me if I wanted. I have never even heard of a 35 cal. Anybody here use one?

I don't know much about them. I have always wanted a good ol lever action though, I'm sure it would be fun to shoot!

My step dad just bought one. We havent got to shoot it much but so far it is pretty accurate with the leverloution ammo. Hopefuly we will shoot something with it next year.

Off hand I will GUESS it is a .35 Remington. I think that Marlin is the only one left to make one. Not a hard kicking caliber, about like a 30-30. Good for deer and similar sized game. Can be used for larger stuff (elk ect) but will be limited by range even with the new Leverevolution ammo. I agree that it is an accurate caliber with the leverevolution also. Over all I think you will enjoy shooting it.
