For those of you with this pack, have you found a way to prevent the bag from coming off the top of the carbon posts -the small pockets that house the carbon load lifters.

Every time I stop to glass and set the pack down, I have to put the bag back on the posts.

Thoughts?

But I do like the pack - full camp and entire deer:

Have not had that problem. I guess you could just try and tighten up the Velcro tabs on the bottom of the pack more. That being said I have not tried that so don't even know if its possible

You thought about upgrading the suspension to the pro?

My brother has the pro 7200 and did not have a problem with his bag coming off and it is the same frame as the 6000. Maybe Todd can give some insight into it.

There are two straps that come off the bottom of the belt and attach to the bag- these provide the downward tension that keeps the stay pockets tight over the stays. It's most likely that you just need to give them a tug. (Photo below)

Another thing to be sure of is that you have your load lifters attached to the connection points on the bag itself, not the bridge straps that are reserved for 'load sling' mode.
