Midway has been blowing these things out too! I picked up the lows for $38 shipped!!! Not sure if there still on sale or not? Worth checking if your looking for some of these.

That is a good deal. I think they make great boots but they simply dont' fit my heels. I have a pair of mountain extreme 400's but I can't walk that far in them so I wear them for work and around the house.

Thanks COHiCntry! Went onto Midway's site and it appears that I got the last pair of Mountain Extreme's that were on sale. I'll be anxious to see how they fit and see if I need some insoles or something like that.

Okie lite , had you tried different sock thicknesses ? I also wear with mine a sock liner on my foot first with an REI expedition sock that combo fixed my slippage. I also changed insoles to the super feet orange.My thoughts

Oh yes. Spend over $300 on various insoles, lacing options, and sock combinations over a couple of years. Some boots simply don't fit some peoples feet. I kept thinking they would break in but it never happened. I still love the boots and wear them for work and around the house but I simply can't walk far without heel issues. The boots are extremely well made. I'd be tempted to try these new bridgers but I require a wide.
Those of you who buy these please let us know how you like them. They sure look like a great product.
