All the hunting I want to do for the next 10 years! Just went out and bought my wife a new car. Drove home in a new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. Has the 3.5 twin turbo ecoboost, man it hauls ass! My wife is thrilled with it. Our old 2003 Explorer was due to have a new owner. Been a good car, but nothing like this one.

Going to take awhile to get everything set up for her. Bluetooth phone hookup, navigation system, seat & cool settings, etc.

I won't get any complaints when I pay for my next guided elk hunt! Did I work that right???? Me thinks so:cool:

Good plan, but don't let her know how much you like the explorer or you might lose some of your negotiation advantage.

I got my eye on a 2016 Ram 3500. I think I can tell the wife I need a new hunting rig and she might buy my story. But doubtful lol. Good for you CC those are nice rides.

I've driven one on a closed course track and they do haul a**. and drive like they're on rails. You have to get used to the traction control and brakes. Especially in the corners. Better not to brake in the corners. They want to nose dive on one wheel.

A lot of wisdom here CC!! The one thing I have learned from being married to my wife of 32 years is to keep her happy. You do that and everything else falls in place just fine.
