I used Lowa Tibet Pro GTX boots all last season in the mountains. And I am a huge fan of Superfeet. They come in different sizes and molds for different foot arch types. I personally used the green ones, after trying on every different arch type.
What I did, and what I would suggest, would be to go to an outdoor store with your boots (clean your boots off of course). And place the insoles in your boot and walk around in the store for awhile to get a feel for what arch type is going to work best. You want the insole to feel slightly tight around your arch, I feel a lot of people get this wrong, as they really don't know what arch support is supposed to feel like. Since they use the stock insoles. I can't stand stock insoles. I work in the mountains all spring, summer and fall...so I love when my feet feel fresh after 16 miles of hiking in one day.
