Anyone ever hunted the Imnaha unit? Thinking about trying to get over there and see what I cant turn up. Wondering if there is a certain area to maybe look at.

I've hunted the Imnaha before and will again but beware there is a resident population of wolves in the Imnaha. So the number of animals are down but can still be found.

Do you roughly know where the pack is located in the unit?

Pretty much through out the unit. They are on the move all the time. You really never know where they may be. They do seem to be in the Lick Creek area quite a bit.

Perfect thank you. I am not sure as were I will hunt but thought towards the southern part of the unit. Looks pretty good on google earth but not sure. Wont know until i start glassing and hiking the area. Thanks for the information Jerry. Hope to get lucky this weekend and find me some elk and a deer for my lil brother!
