Would some one be so kind as to explain how Id does the nonres tag allocation?

pick a hunt unit like 60 A with 14 tags , is it up to 10 %? What happens if the unit only has 5 tags?

every other year a non res gets one

thassa joke . I have no idea . would venture a guess that at least one would go non res. I am sure someone in the main f&g office might possibly be able to answer that maybe??????

“ Nonresident Limitations
Nonresident hunters are limited to no more than 10 percent
of the total number of controlled hunt tags for each species. (Special bighorn sheep tags available by auction and lottery are not included in the 10 percent limitation.) In controlled hunts with 10 or fewer tags, not more than one nonresident tag may be issued.”

Thank I just wanted to make sure I wasn't just wasting money with no chance at the draw because I was reading the regs wrong.

No sheep for me. Heard a friend of friends kid drew sheep, so that would be cool as a kid drawing that.
