Hi guys, I've been a subscriber for several years but just became a forum member. I have always read the posts but didn't think I could contribute anything so I never joined. But since I've been collecting preference points for deer and antelope in WY, I thought it might be time to ask some questions. I've hunted out west a lot back in the 80's and 90's, but for the last 10 years or so I've just been prairie dog hunting, which I love. Are there any PD hunters on here? I used to hunt ground hogs here in KY but they have just about disappeared where I live, might be the coyotes. Well thanks for reading my rambling post. Skip

Welcome to the forum! Prarie dogs are fun to hunt our family tries to go hunt them couple times per year. We don't have them in western montana so we have to make the drive farther east to find them

I've been going to southeastern CO for the last few years. We don't melt the barrels off our rifles, but we do ok and it's just about 1000 miles from here. We may try South Dakota next summer.
