Delicious. 
Jealous. Me and the wife
corned beef and cabbage, but the 6 kids hate it, so we're outnumbered!
We're Catholic, so this Friday is normally a fish day, but since its St. Pattys, we're allowed to eat red meat. Our pastor joined us for supper, I made an beef eye round roast, which was a big hit.
Corned beef will go on sale at the supermarket tmrw. I'll get some and slow cook it for sandwiches all next week!

Little know fact. This is also an insanely easy meal to make at elk camp. Can prep everything before hand and put it on the wood stove with a small fire all afternoon while hunting.
