Anybody used GovX.com? It claims to be a retail - discount site for military personnel, veterans, and certain government workers. Is it legit? worthwhile?

I know people who have ordered from there before, and they seem legit, but I wan't impressed with their deals. Check out promotive, they have more brands and give better deals.

It is like Promotive, but has some other brands.

If you are Military, or prior, you can order from Oakley standard issue.
I order my prescription sun glasses from them. Great prices. They also have outdoor gear as well.
Never used Govx though. If you have to show proof I'd say its legit. Oakley makes you fax or email proof and SWEAR not to sell their stuff haha. Big red bold letters.

You can also join Oakley Standard Issue if you're a current law enforcement officer or firefighter. Like Cobb said, you have to submit a current ID every year but they do have some good deals.

I signed up to GovX last night as an Army Veteran -- they gave me instant access, didn't have to send anything in, but I did have to check a box granting them permission to check some sort of list verifying my status (don't remember if it was DoD or VA or whatever).
