I love the Kuiu guide glove. I throw the merino liner glove on first when it's super cold. It's water resistant not really water proof.

The KUIU Kenai glove with OutDry fits your description. Not too many choices once you throw Waterproof into the mix. I just used the Northstar Glove (more insulated version of the Kenai) in Alaska for 11 days. Water never penetrated and they held up very well.

I have used the "Glacier" waterproof glove with a thin wool liner for years. I can still handle the rifle with the neoprene backing and rubber grip and can operate the gun without hassle. Never really had any trouble with getting wet, and also didn't sweat out the inside. The gloves cost around $29 and the liners a few extra bucks. They are a one or two season glove only though because the grip starts wearing out from use and abuse.

That's good to hear about the Northstar gloves. Mine should be here by the end of the month. I got a pair of their super down Glassing mits. Very comfortable but haven't needed them yet. Everything I've bought from Kuiu has been outstanding so far.
