GIS Viewers/Apps?

I found some .zip folders on the WY game and fish website showing some GIS data (crucial range, migration corridors) that I would like to view on my Android phone. Does anyone have any good app ideas to view these files?

I think I found a "backdoor"-well, not really but another way to display what I wanted to see:

http://wyowildlife.wgfd.opendata.arcgis.com

On that page you can display different layers and info. Its clunkier than CO's maps for similar data, IMO, but it answers the mail.

Go to the page you linked, then species, then after clicking the data set you want, upper right is the download token. You can choose KML which is native to google earth and depending on the droid app you're using, you may be able to upload it to your phone.
