Heading out for a bonsai trip to wy . One day to hunt 2 doe tags each for me and my father in law to fill. We are seasoned white tail hunters and comfortable to 300 yards. I've been paper scouting for months and think I've got it figured out. Thanks to everyone here for the help and hopefully in 24 hours or less we will have some fresh meat. Wish us luck now for the 11 hour drive.

Whats the big hurry? Take a week and enjoy it. If your wife and work arent there when you get back it was time to upgrade anyways! Good Luck!

Sorry for the delay but we hit it hard yesterday. Put 300 miles on the truck just looking for them. All together we only saw around 20 on huntable land. I killed one doe and missed another. My father in law missed one but the trip got to him so he couldn't get to far away from the truck. It was awesome seeing all the goats and we even had them found right at legal shooting light. These were leftover tag on a poor access area but there was actually plenty of ground to hunt if you didn't mind walking. Also found some decent mulies out there. With .ore time we could fill our other tags.

I have to get back to work so that I can take a week off in Nov for my wife's elk hunt. This was a " hope we get to but if we don't owell" I'm glad we did.
