Today was my first attempt at archery hunting big game. I went mule deer hunting in Idaho unit 33. I saw a lot of deer today and was even able to draw back on a 3 point. I decided with the temperature and how far I was from my truck not to take the 20 yard shot but it was as exciting as the first time I saw a buck through my scope. It was to cool not to share. Next weekend I'm off to the pioneer zone to look for a bull I can't wait.
